Banno Platform

project brief

I lead the design of Banno's enterprise apps which are the products we create for banks rather than for a bank's customers. All of the administrative tooling to support our consumer-facing products and marketing tools for bankers are amoung the products included in the platform.

Each product is built using our style guide and design system, but first I create the necessary workflow diagrams or sketches to support our product discovery phase.

Helping product managers define a product and designing interfaces is only part of what goes into the Banno Platform. I've assisted in several user testing sessions to learn about how people are using our products and figure out what we can do better.
